How do I zip a folder?
Click “Or choose a whole folder”, select the folder, then click Create ZIP. Sub-folders are kept.
Will zipping make photos and videos smaller?
Hardly. JPG, MP4 and similar files are already compressed. Documents, spreadsheets and text shrink a lot. Choose “None” for photos and videos to save time.
Is there a size limit?
No fixed limit. Your browser holds the files in memory, so a few GB is the practical maximum on most computers.
Can I password-protect the ZIP?
Not yet. To protect a document, use Protect PDF, or a desktop tool such as 7-Zip.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The ZIP is created on your device.
