About this Trim Video tool
Long recordings often start with a few seconds of fumbling and end with the phone being put away. Trimming removes those parts and makes the file smaller.
By default the tool cuts without re-encoding, so it is very fast and keeps the original quality. Because videos can only start cleanly at a key frame, the clip may begin a moment before your start time. Tick Frame-exact cut if you need it precise.

Frequently asked questions
How do I enter the time?
Type minutes and seconds like 1:23 or 1:23.5, or just seconds like 83.
Why does my clip start slightly earlier?
Fast mode cuts at the nearest key frame. Tick Frame-exact cut for a precise start.
Can I remove a part in the middle?
Trim the first part and the last part separately for now.
Is my video uploaded?
No. The whole job runs inside your browser using your device's built-in video encoder, so the video never leaves your device.
