About this Excel to PDF tool
Printing a spreadsheet nicely is surprisingly hard: columns get cut off, pages split in the wrong places, and empty rows waste paper. This converter reads every sheet in your workbook, trims empty rows and columns, keeps merged cells, and lays the data out as a tidy table with a repeating header row on every page.
Text in the PDF stays real text, so it is sharp, searchable and small. Wide sheets switch to landscape automatically and use a smaller font so all columns fit.

Frequently asked questions
Can I convert only one sheet?
Yes. After loading the file, untick the sheets you don't want.
Will all my columns fit on the page?
Wide sheets switch to landscape and use a smaller font automatically. Extremely wide sheets continue onto extra pages so no data is cut off.
Are formulas kept?
The PDF shows the calculated results of formulas, exactly as they appear in Excel.
Can I convert CSV files to PDF?
Yes. CSV, XLS, XLSX, XLSM and ODS files are all supported.
Are my spreadsheets uploaded?
No. They are processed entirely in your browser.
