About this Video to JPG tool
Pausing a video and taking a screenshot gives you a small, blurry image with player controls on it. This tool saves the real frames at the video's full resolution.
Use it to pick the best thumbnail, capture slides from a recorded presentation, or get photos out of a phone video.

Frequently asked questions
What resolution are the images?
The same as the video, for example 1920×1080 for a 1080p video.
How do I save just one frame?
Set From and To a fraction of a second apart, for example 0:12.0 to 0:12.4.
JPG or PNG?
JPG is much smaller; PNG is lossless.
Is my video uploaded?
No. The whole job runs inside your browser using your device's built-in video encoder, so the video never leaves your device.
