About this Excel to CSV tool
Most online stores, CRMs, email marketing tools and databases import data as CSV. This tool converts each sheet of your workbook to a separate CSV file, using values exactly as they're displayed in Excel, including dates and number formats.
Choose comma, semicolon or tab separators, and add a UTF-8 marker so that Excel and other apps show accented and non-English characters correctly when they reopen the file.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert all sheets to CSV?
Tick every sheet in the list. You'll get one CSV per sheet, bundled in a ZIP file.
Which separator should I use?
Comma is the standard. Use semicolon if the CSV will be opened in Excel set to a European language, where commas are decimal separators.
Are formulas kept?
CSV files can't store formulas. The calculated values are exported.
What does the UTF-8 marker (BOM) do?
It tells Excel the file is UTF-8, so characters like é, ü or Urdu text display correctly. Some technical systems prefer no BOM; untick it if so.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
